EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

At ProLine Tattoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer an easy and transparent return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns and Changes

You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Returns of used or damaged products due to misuse will not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its status,
we will proceed to issue a full refund of the cost of the product. The
Original shipping costs are not refundable.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase.
