How to place an order from the web?

How to place an Express order from the web?

It's very fast!

To make a purchase follow these steps:

  1. Click on Catalog to be able to choose the cartridges you want to purchase, the quantity and add them to the cart.
  2. Once you have added the cartridges you want to the cart, click the Pay order button (it appears at the bottom of the cart)
  3. At the top there is a button with the Express payment method. You must press the button to complete the payment.

Do you make international shipments?

Currently, we only ship to Spain and Europe. We focus on providing a fast and efficient shipping service in these countries. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does it take for my order to be processed before it is shipped?

All orders placed on business days before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday.

¿How much time does my order take to arrive?

Spain / Portugal

  • The estimated delivery time for Spain and Portugal is 24 hours on business days. However, please note that if you place an order on Friday, delivery will take place on the next business day, which is Monday.

Europe

  • The estimated delivery time for the countries of the European community is 48/72 hours on business days. We work hard to reduce this transport time.

Do you do free shipping?

Yes, we do free shipping if you meet certain requirements.

  • Spain and Portugal: Orders over €90
  • Europe Z1: Orders over €120
  • Europe Z2: Orders over €150
  • Europe Z3: Orders over €180

What is the shipping cost?

A standard shipping rate will apply depending on your country. The exact cost of shipping will be calculated during the purchase process and will be displayed before finalizing your order.

In the case of not meeting the requirements for free shipping, this would be the fixed amount that would be charged;
