**Customs fees for orders placed in the Canary Islands are to be paid by the customer.
We will send you the shipping confirmation of your order and you will receive an SMS from the logistics company SEUR indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place the order before 4 PM on a business day, it will be prepared on the same day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are managed on the next business day. During promotion periods, delivery may be delayed due to the high volume of orders.
What should I do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery attempt will be made and if you are absent, the local delivery office will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt. If you are also absent on the second delivery attempt, the order will remain at the local office for you to pick up. If, for any reason, they have not been able to contact you to arrange the delivery, you can write to us at info@prolinetattoo.com so that we can provide you with the contact information or assist you as needed.
What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?
If you notice any incorrect data, you can modify it from your customer area if the order has not yet left our facilities. If the order has already been prepared, contact us at info@prolinetattoo.com. Please note that if your order has already left our logistics center, this may delay delivery by an additional 24 to 48 hours. It may also incur an additional cost that you will have to bear as the customer. Don't forget to check all fields carefully!
Holidays
On these days, orders are not prepared, so they will be delayed until the next business day.
