  4. Choose the shipping method or it will be automatically selected based on your address.

  5. Choose the payment method: cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver to Spain and Europe. We focus on providing a fast and efficient shipping service in these countries. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does it take to process my order before shipping?

All orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Spain / Portugal

The estimated delivery time for Spain and Portugal is 24 hours on business days. However, if you place an order on Friday, the delivery will be made the next business day, Monday.

Spain - Balearic Islands

The estimated delivery time for the Balearic Islands is 24 to 48 hours on business days. This means that if orders are placed on Friday, delivery can be made between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.

Spain - Canary Islands

The estimated delivery time for the Canary Islands is 48 to 72 hours on business days. If you place an order on Friday, the delivery could be made between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.

Europe

The estimated delivery time for European Union countries is 48 to 72 hours on business days. We are working hard to reduce this shipping time.
